I am still searching for a decent paying job in NW Ohio. Anyone have any leads or know of any good job recruiters ?

I have been a Production Supervisor/Manager @ Brush-Wellman Inc for the past 10 yrs. Not much jobs out in the management field now.

What exactly did the company do or make? How proficient were you at the job  they did? I know a guy who worked as a die maker all of his life and never seen one run until 1995 when he took a job at then DowBrands corporation. he was better at solving tooling issue than guys who worked in the field all of their life without the firsthand experience of what the tooling tolerances were and weren't.He knew the capabililties of what a decent mold would do and what was a good tonnage to put it at, without stressing the tool, before it's life expired and would be due for a rebuild or trashed. he even set and ran trashed dies making better parts than the new ones.

I hear you there.  I'm in the same general location and I have found nothing since I graduated with my MBA in May of 04'. I also have two bachelors’ degrees; actually I ended up 5 classes short from getting a BA in marketing. I didn’t want to spend another year in college to pick up the needed classes for the second bachelors.  

This area is not so hot for jobs right now. I've sent out 157 resumes this year alone and only had 2 phone interviews and 2 FTF interviews with no offers.

I seem to be stuck with all education and little relevant experience.

And what a great choices Toledo residents have to pick from this election season.  One that hasn't done a thing since he's been elected and one other that didn't do a thing 4 years before that.  How is it that there are two Dem's running against each other, where's there a choice? That's like saying you have choice of lemons or lemons.  Looks like it will be SSDD for the next 4 years in the Toledo area.  Slowly the City of Toledo will bleed itself dry of good businesses.
