Ohio Garand Collectors is only $20 or $25, IIRC and you can send it in by mail.
ORPA (Ohio Rifle and Pistol) is also one you can join by mail. I think they're the same price as OGCA. Or, if you're an OGCA member that qualifies now...but you have to be sponsored to get into that. |
