Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need help from an Ohio LEO...

Hey everyone. I am working on a fraud case as a favor for a relative. I am in need of a law enforcement contact in the Youngstown/Cleveland area. Closest I know personally is Portsmouth PD or Detroit Secret Service. I have done all the footwork on the case... I just need help on the execution so to speak.
