We really appreciate all who attended followed the rules, and enjoyed.  It was great meeting everyone.

I only brought my video camera.  This isn't a pic, but it's close enough.  This is the only video I've had time to get up, but I'll try to get more soon.

Notice the shockwave raising dust on the ground?

Out of all the booms that day, the cannon, the 50cals, etc., this was by FAR the BIGGEST, BONE-RATTLINGEST, STOMACH BLASTINGEST boom of them all.

I remember that! Scared the $hit out of my son. He was about half way from the booth to the line and damn near hit the dirt!

Man, what an experience!  The Mad Minute maximum volume.  You guys have done turned Lil Ops into a machine gun monster!!
Thanks to Campy and all who helped organize such an event.  Now, the Mystery begins, of the pristine 30 cal hollowpoint...        Ops

Edit:  Lil Ops says it sounded like a really loud rock & roll band..  He's done, he will likely have a 7.62 Vulcan for his 21st birthday.  How will I ever tell Mrs Ops..

Bulletfest was a balls-out, unbelievable experience.  When the line went hot for the first time, it was like a heavy-metal symphony!

Edit to say sorry about the picture size--this digital photography thing is brand new to me, and I'm not sure how to shrink them down.  But hey, look at the fucking detail!

My 1962 Yellowstone vintage 'ham can' gets stuck in the mud. Mr. Snode was kind enough to pull it out with the John Deere.

Hey, that's where I was shooting from (well, kind of between the place in the center and the one to the right).  That's my SAR-1 to the right of him.  My AR-15 is in that guncase to the right of that.  I and my younger brother talked with that kid and his parents quite a bit, and I got to shoot two rounds out of that .50 for only $4!

Why doesn't this surprise me?
Especially after you visited every crapper from here to Knob Creek and back this spring

Here are some of the pics that I took:

After setting up our campground, we hear a hummin' comin' down the road.  Who could it be?

Yes, none other, but the great man himself, CampyBob!

FrankSquid preparing the seafood kabobs - mighty tasty - and check out the grill - this man knows how to camp!

Drink early, drink often.  Since our friend here isn't an ARFcom member, I decided to hide his identity (and save him from further ridicule):

After some drinking, we decided to wander to the other end of the campsite and see what Chef Helldog was cookin' up:

Sampling some of helldog's cooking:

Unfortunately, there was only one who had some disagreement with the food:

It definitely looked better going down:

Trying to salvage what was left of the night and getting ready for the loud noises tomorrow:

Unfortunately, we don't think it helped too much:

Some of our toys - nothing compared to what others had:

View sof the line:

The first van fire came just a few minutes into the first session:

the targets still looked respectable - but there are signs of damage after the first volley of shots:

Looking back from the van fire:
