Short answer is No!

Long answer is, if you purchased hi-cap mags during magageddon week, yes. If you had hi-cap mags prior to mag week, you could've used them and still can.

Right now the whole issue is on hold due to the state filing their stay to keep this from happening. So, you can't buy hi-cap mags from out of state, import them... or you and anyone else involved will be in the standard "trouble" that they always tell you about.

Now, with everything that's happened, if you happen to come up with some hi-cap mags, use them. Most mags don't have date stamps on them, so there's no way to know when they were manufactured.

The burden is on the state to prove when you bought them and I heard from Joe Blow that you bought them from his cousin during Magageddon week. Remember that, I surely do!
