Just got the call my Grandfather is on his way out. Packing getting ready to head to Vacaville now, is my 19X legal with factory 17-19 rounders.

You pistol is legal. When transporting it, keep it unloaded (no loaded magazine inserted, no round in the chamber) in a locked container or the trunk. Bring your choice of defensive ammo (can keep it in loaded mags). Do not import magazines that hold over ten rounds.
