That is very weird. I don't understand why they don't have it. Look for "paint thinner".
You want a somewhat volatile liquid (volatile = will evaporate). Acetone and lacquer thinner are too volatile and will affect the tumbler's plastic bowl. Denatured alcohol will also work but will need to be replenished more frequently than mineral spirits. I don't use NuFinish, as it is a wax. Home Depot does not have it on their web site, so I looked a Lowes - $15 per gallon

Walmart seems to have Mineral Spirits in stock. It seems a trip there is in order.

NuFinish is a non-abrasive polish.

OP use either BBQ lighter fluid or kerosene type fuel. Home Depot has both.
