Is this anything really new, it appears to be the announcement of the implementation of the new law and how the DoJ intends to meet the deadlines in the new law.  Did anybody see anything that the CA resident NOW needs to do BEFORE the law goes in to effect?  except maybe send your mags out of state or otherwise deal in your own way with the ban.
