NO. Cannot purchase any magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds regardless of whether or not you own the firearm.

Say you mail ordered a bunch of links and linked up a bunch of ammo for a Halloween costume. If you linked up more than 10 bullets that'd be breaking the law. Even if you didn't own a gun.

Yea I know. I was talking about present day though. Even so, it's still up to the DOJ to prove that you didn't have those links before 2000. |
