1.  Can my girlfriend buy a 10/22 without any kind of California card?  She doesn't have a handgun card or a hunting card... can she walk into Turners and buy a 10/22?

2.  How many rounds can I have in a rifle while hunting?  Is it five?

1.) She needs an CA ID. That is it.

2.) Depends on where you are  shooting. BLM is legal mag cap--10rd I believe. Some spots up north have their own limits for their grounds.

BTW- If you bring your GF hunting--she better not have her 10/22 or she is "hunting" too. Get her a hunting license.

Check with the local laws in the area you are planning on shooting in.
