 JAE100 stock. Do you think the gripstock area could be construed by the DOJ as a "pistol grip"? |

The web of the hand is behind and above the trigger so I do not see why it would be illegal (considered a conspicuously protruding pistol grip).

It looks simiilar to a McMillan stock, the DOJ gave the ok on that.

I've seen very similar stocks on Sako TRG-22s and 42s for sale on the rack in San Diego county. The whole 'web of hand above the trigger' thing seems to apply. Seems be why the abortion stick AR grips may not qualify as legal in this state.
