How would i take out the mag release on the Vulcan.  It looks like the glue is as hard as rock.  What do you guys use to take out the mag release and soften the glue?  Thanks guys.

Lots of heat to soften and a pick to work it out. It's been said that Vulcan currently uses Brownell's Acraglas epoxy bedding compoung.

Since their introduction about a year ago, the method has been inconsistent. Ranges from the absence of glue in the very first batches to sloppy glue jobs.

Turn down your freezer to lowest setting.  Freeze the lower overnight.  In the morning bang it with a rubber mallet.

Okay, how about going to take the mag release out? I tried banging the mag release button with the hammer handle and damn .. that thing was hard, not even a movement.  The first thing for me is to take out that mag release.  Any suggestion on how to? thanks
