Isn't there something about needing a legitamate firearms business to hold an FFL?

I walked into a glass and window shop today to pick something up and noticed they did FFL transfers. Soo can I get an FFL if I have a petshop?i

You sure FFL didn't stand for some type of special glass?

Nah he had the CA DOJ list posted and I talked to him a bit about what transfers they handle (pretty much all a normal FFL does).

It's American West Glass on Temple City Blvd. in Temple City. Great little shop, very friendly and helpful people.

They may still have a legitimate firearms business.  Just because they don't have guns on display in their store doesn't mean they're not a gun dealer.  They could be a no-stock dealer, or a transfer dealer.   Some people even run their firearms business out of their house.  They just have suppliers such as Davidsons ship the guns to them when someone orders it.
