I would imagine with a drill press and a cheapo key ring you could make one yourself.

I used a 1/4" pin for one of mine for a long time. It was from the frame of a back pack with a loop ring on one end and a spring loaded recessed ball bearing on the other.

Home Depot in the hardware section - special hardware drawers. I used them while making my 80% .50 BMG lowers and my three .223 lowers. You end up doing a bunch of hand fitting so the pins speed things up a bunch. |
