The federals seem to think that its fit to take private property from citizens for private use. This is a MAJOR change to the way that emminent domain laws were used here for the frist couple hundred years of our republic. Well California is once again fighting against the way the federal government is going ...

California assembly Constitutional Amendment 22 and Senate Constitutional Amendment 15, both of which state that private property cannot be taken for private use have been introduced. It might also be noticed that California is also leading the direction in fighting against identity thieves and disclosure of private information .... but then that wouldn't fit the ant burners idea of our socialist state now would it?

+1 I've followed Ray for awhile now - not bad at all. But with the wild-eye leftist that run Sacramento anyone that's sane would get eaten up. The media, the socialist, and the stupid sheep form a perfect triangle of fear, ignorance, coruption. I am amazed at what grown people can believe in and what they think that the role of government should be.

What do you want your government to do today ought to be their rally call. I want it to be what it was 230 years ago. I want one that has limits and rules that it has to follow to get the hell out of the people's way. I want the federal and state governments contained by the very documents that created them.

I can't stand watching the local LA news following an event where I get incite into the way the sheep think. It's amazing that someone could actually be that stupid and still be functional at a level to reproduce (X5 likely). If the media and their "leaders" told them that day was night and night was day they'd freaking believe it without a second thought in their heads to confuse the matter.

The socialist politicians do everything possible to keep their people down, weak, and needy so that they can throw the sheep a bone every month in the form of welfare, WIC, or section 8 housing. The next moment they're fighting school reform, drug abuse prevention, letting criminals out of jail, and any other program that actually might make these people into lower middle class people - and conservative voters.

Just look at the wild-eye leftist here and in plenty of other parts of this nation and wonder what the hell they're trying to do to this republic.
