Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Mini 14 Cali Legal???

Is a Mini 14 with a flashhider and pistol grip stock (legal pre ban) legal to own or sell to someone in California?

I know the 30 round magazines are not legal to sell to Kali....but just want someone to answer the above question..and confirm the mag thing.

If not legal in the above config would it be legal with factory wood stock and flashhider?

It would be legal with the original wood stock. If the pistol grip you mention is like on an AR then it would not be CA legal. It would be considered a AW here. The flash suppressor is a non issue as far as CA AW laws go.

Flash hider also illegal in kommunist kalifornia.

M1/m14's now come with muzzle breaks instead.
