Getting into my favorite time of the year. Been working night shift and noticed milder evenings lately. Been watching some hogs lately while at work and decided to go set up for them this evening. Was calling for coyote as well but didn't see any.

Been wanting to get some more trigger time in the field with the 6mm ARC build... and it certainly did not disappoint.

This big dude came out at about 135-140 yards and even though the 108gr ELD Match is no hunting round, this big guy never knew what hit him. Shot was high/forward as it should be on a hog and it was lights out.



An hour or so later this guy came in from about the same area but he was about 150-160... wasn't getting any closer so I let one go... heard it hit... could tell he was hit hard... did the circle of death dance and went maybe 20 yards.



Still waiting to get the first yote kill with the 6mm ARC, didn't happen tonight... but soon I'm sure.

Most likely will be late December after I get my hunting out of the way.
