first off,
 just moved here  on day one, my '15 F150 throws a P0430 (Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 2) check engine code  there are a slew of potential issues, I don't have the space to pursue it at this time I want to keep it ($) "in the family", if I can. any trustworthy mechanics/shops to consider? |

Most likely downstream 02 sensor(after cat) Easy DIY.

Go search it on YouTube. I do all my car repair based off videos on YouTube! Swapped my transmission out and I can barely read!

You Tube is the best thing to ever happen to the auto mechanics field.
It has saved me many times. If that doesn’t get you there, I have used, and my friend s have used many times, Chang’s Auto Care in Sanford. They have never let me down, fixed right and when they say it will be, highly rated by Click & clack ( Car Talk) website, last I checked. Cheap they are not. |

cleared the code on Friday, ran errands and a trip to Daytona Beach and back with zero issues on Saturday.

I went through rain the other day coming through IL/KY/TN/GA,
but nothing here. I drove around and got the code coming back from KSC. It cleared I just need to do a live monitor the next time it happens, see what upline sensors are seeing compared to aft, then compare Left and Right sides. |
