I have a preban colt lower that is striped. and I have a 24"ss ar15 that shoots quite well. I dont have a lota money to play with so this is my problem.   Should I sell the 24" ar and buy a colt m-4 a3 preban upper and make a M-4 or sell the lower and buy a postban like rra's m-4 ?  In  one hand I would have two ar's and in the other just one preban. What you guys think ?

Rule one: Never sell a preban.
rule two: never sell your spare rifle.
so i say keep the rifle you have and save your money.  it may take a year or two but in the end you will be much more happy you didn't sell out.

I dont have the money to keep ones I dont use. Sell whichever one will be the safe queen.
My vote goes to keep the preban and sell the other. Get a good preban set up, then work to get another AR together postban style. Much cheaper that way.
