Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Zoo question?

Which zoo is better, Brevard County or Central Florida(Sanford)? I'm bringing my wife and 1 year old. I think I'm leaning toward Brevard from online reviews, but it would be one of the rare things that doesn't suck in Brevard if the reviews are correct. Who has been to both?

Do both!

I've taken the kiddies to both zoos, Brevard is probably a little better, but each has different animals and both are worth going to.

I like the Brevard zoo better.  Its pretty nice for a small town zoo.

Hey, hey! what is wrong with the world class zoo in Miami Dade?
The zoo here is first class and the avarery is great also.
If you pay attention while driving to the zoo you will be able to see
animals long before you get to the front gate most are very dangerous too.
Seriously we have a world class zoo here in Miami well funded and staffed
nationally recognised.

If he wants to drive 4 hours sure......

I have been to the Tampa zoo. That was pretty nice.
