Matthews Cremation Group (formerly Industrial Equipment) has a warehouse and supply operation in Orlando. They build and repair retorts and I am sure they can get you refractory and cement. Try one of the techs or supply guys at this link

a buddy of mine said to try Sahara? it's on 41 right at Island Park , a mile north of Alico.
