I looked in the FAQ on shipping firearms but  came up empty. I wanted to ship an AR lower to someone down south to work on.  Does this need to ship to a FFL? I didn't think it did since it's not a sale but my bud that's doing the work says different. Any info to confirm let me know. Thanks fellas! Mike

No FFL needed as it's not a sale or xfer.

Even in state to a FL resident for a sale it's not necessary unless you just want to CYA.
