Why do you say that Steve Pennypacker is anti-gun?  What do you base this on?

I know that he attended (as did Stan Griffis) a recent NRA event in Gilchrist County.  He does in fact own firearms.  

Why do you categorize him as liberal?  Although he lives in Alachua County, he has been a prosecutor and fought to keep pedophiles in prison.

Stan Griffis is a politictian.  He moved to Levy County in August of 2006, and states that he is "the only candidtate from Levy County" although prior to that he lived in Alachua County.  Griffis' campaign is largely smoke and mirrors.  

He has changed his party affiliation and has no real platform.

A Circuit Judge should have a thourough knowlege of the law and integrity to apply it.  There are Prosecutors, Defense Attorneys, and Law Enforcement Officers who all agree that Steve Pennypacker has those qualities.
