I went Saturday morning.  First time going there, and I was impressed.

Great place, and it's only $5 to get in :)

Definitely going again on April 1st.  Sucks that it's only open once a month.

Trust me, if you went, you'd know :)

But if you're interested, it's the Palm Beach County Sheriffs Training Facility.  It's open to the public one weekend a month.  50, 100, and 200 yard ranges, outdoors.

$5 to get in and you bring your own ammo.   They have nothing for sale there.

I went up to the Indian River County outdoor range on Sat. - my first time.  Very nice place.  Will be visiting there often.  It's a shame it's almost a 2 hour drive.  I made plans to check out the PBSO range but some friends in Martin wanted to go North instead.

It's hard fiding nice ranges around Palm Beach. :( Too urban of an area.

The police range is about the closest outdoor range to me, which is about 20-25 mins.  I'll have to drive about an hour to find somewhere else.

I normally shoot indoors at 20-25 yds.

When is the 300 yard PBSO range open to the public?
