Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Looking for a Beagle Puppy

I am looking for a beagle puppy for christmas. I refuse to go to a pet store / puppy mill to purchase one. I'm not picky about bloodlines or purebread dogs. This is going to be a family pet, so temperment is the primary concern. Does not even have to be fully beagle, can be part mut.

If anyone has a line on such a dog please let me know. I am on the Space Coast. Thanks!!

My wife and I bought a beagle puppy two years ago from a breeder in N. Ft. Myers.  Found her name in the paper.  Pure breed and let me tell you, this little pup is one of our best friends.  Oh, and by the way, they love to lick.........NON STOP!!

One of my good friends got one when he was 17 or so. It was a great dog, and I have been promissing the kids a dog for awile now, so I figured it was time. I didn't see anything in the paper so if anyone has a line on one let me know.
