Its 56 degrees in my house and I refuse to turn on the heat. Im single and I will just put on more cloths to stay warm. Im up here in Jax. Fl. I would rather spend my money on my new SBR and suppressor than heat the house that I am only home to sleep at. I cant be the only one out there

Well If I was single the heat would never come on but I am not and she is sick so I broke down today and turned it on. No SBR or Suppressor for me unless Santa brings it, but then I would wonder its legality.

Thats what im saying!!!!! My money goes to my toys and if its cold..... well I put on more cloths.People in hell would give anything for this weather...... Oh shit.... I just checked..... its getting hotter in here... its 57 now

I just made the jump from Ft Laud to Inverness, so I broke down and put the heat on, cold as hell to me , but I guess I will get used to it, also have to go out and but some long pants and a jacket

Last night was the first time I put the heat on this year, and just so it kept the house at 70.

I didn't want the kids to catch cold. Yeah, I did it for the kids.

Winter is about the only time Miami is remotely tolerable.

it NEVER gets cold in miami. the coldest i can EVER remember here was like 48 and that was at 5 am and was in the leftover of a major blizzard that hosed the frozen communist wasteland to the north.

Got in at midnight last night and DAMN..................... it was cold!!! Took a hot shower and warmed up the electric blanket. It was 50 deg. in the house this morning

Last year it got so cold in the house I took a hot shower and set off the fire alarm because of the steam/heat from the shower was so great. Scared the crap out of me!!!

I them turned on the heat!!

No heat in Florida, go to your thermostat and pull it off the wall and cut the white wire so no one else in your house can run the heat either.

here's my view:

ok so its 38 degrees out (sunday morning) so what i can pile another blanket on. Sunday I used a sleeping bag, a conforter, and a blanket.

but in the summer A/C rules!
