What should have been a simple cleaning out of the sink drain trap has turned into a nightmare.

No matter how many times I turned the rear nut it refused to unscrew from the trap. Cut the trap in half with the hopes of being able to then remove the rear section and then simply replace the trap.

Damn thing still won't budge. I'm at the point where I'm ready to fix it with a sledge hammer.

Don't wanna call any of the yellow pages boys and pay 5 times what the job is worth in service calls.
