Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone work at Taurus?

We have several Taurus owners that belong to a Canadian gun forum that are having very bad experiences with Taurus customer service.
They've been trying to get parts to repair their guns and to date Taurus US has been no help.
I called them last year about getting a grip screw for my PT99.
They said they would send me one in the mail. It never got here.
We have several companies up here that sell Taurus guns but apparently they can't get parts either.
I've always been aTaurus fan since I bought my PT99 but if this is how they look after customers..I may rethink my support of them.

i'm really surprised to hear about that brother. Taurus  usually is great about CS. They're pretty fast for us  but then again i only live 2 hours from miami. That's a bummer. I hope they sort it out for ya.

If you want i can order the parts you need and ship them to ya if that would help ya out?
