I'm in the Melbourne area.   No damage to my shop or house, fortunately.  Just some yard trash to clean up.

Good eye.    Those were Bill Lawrence pickups.   Their tone was a bit too bright and clear for this guitar, though, and the customer that eventually bought the guitar went with Duncans (JB and 59) and I installed them and it made a great difference.   Much better.

All four of the control knobs have a pull function.  The volumes pull to rewire the pickups as parallel coil humbuckers, and the tone controls tap one coil out of the circuit, resulting in single coil operation.

Thanks for the kind words.   I've been building since '87 and went pro in 2000.   I'm getting to the point where nobody else's work is really very intimidating to me anymore.   I look at any instrument and say to myself  "I can do that." and I'm usually right.
