Gunsmoke-inc www.ar15.tv is located in Okeechobee, FL, and they sell stripped AR15 lowers (Bushmaster, Rock River, and their own version too) So to answer your question, they are located in south Florida, and they have stripped AR lowers in stock.

I looked around their site but I could not find the lowers for sale, just a picture of their lower. I cant find an address either?

Having just bought one ... Buy an Eagle Arms from Quantico Arms. $92 including the s&h. Find an FFL and you'll be set. I had to pay $25 for mine.
