Pretty much the only place you can't carry in PA is a courthouse or a school (and there's an exemption to the school thing for "lawful purposes" but no one wants to volunteer to be the test case). None of that "Can't carry in a bar unless they primarily serve food" stuff here.
Funny thing about the way the law works; when I go to the county courthouse, which is where the Sheriff's office is, to get the Sheriff to sign my Form 4's, I have to go into the courthouse, which means I should check my firearm (they are required by law to provide lockers for this purpose).
However, when I go down to the security office to check my firearm they always ask where I'm going, and when I tell them the Sherrif's office, they tell me to just keep the gun on, since I'm not going into the "courthouse" part of the building.
The really silly thing is that you have to take an elevator ride to check your gun; if I was a bad guy I'd be loose in the building armed.
