Took my Vector apart and this fell out.

That's one that Vector or somebody cut down for use in a 51 or some other shortened gun? From the looks of it the place they welded the carrier back together broke. Probably just need to send it back or off to a gunsmith and have the thing welded back together a bit more solidly.
