I'm talking about the hideaway version of the MP5K that has no rear sight and just a tiny front blade sight. I know that they, as H&K loves to do, made only a few prototype/experimental models which means that pictures of them are rare, but from what I've read it looks like they made enough to at least get a lousy pic.

Apparently, my Google fu is weak, since I can't find any pictures of one except for a single pic on hkpro that looks like an HK catalog photo showing the A1 with a ridiculously huge red dot type sight on it that obstructs the entire thing.

So, I was wondering if anybody had a decent shot of an MP5KA1 besides the one on hkpro.com.

Thanks guys.

Bo on HKpro.com has one.  It is the first SP89 and cut down HK94 ever built.

Were the real deal select fire with a fore-grip, or is that the actual setup?

That is the real set up from the factory.

IIRC weren't they made for some spec ops/swat style group.  I think the guys were experimenting with the idea of a point and shoot type weapon for the confines of aircraft.  I think the adopted and quickly dropped the idea.

Here's the MP5KA5 (select fire) version in use by Spanish police.

Another A5 w/stock.
