I got my CA89K last week but now I need a SEF clipped and pinned grip to use with my sear. It came with a two position grip. I know I saw a web site a few weeks ago that had one (USA made) for around 50.00. Can anyone steer me back to that site?

Thanks

Ken

WOO HOO first post here. For me that is..

Numrich arms has them, not sure if they are US made or not. they put them up on gunbroker . they are just the grip/lower with no internals for around 60-70 bucks . I dont think they are C/P'ed yet.

ON edit--Just found one but its $80 sorry.. gunbroker auction #99915638 also its not a SEF is 0,1,30

The one on gunbroker is for an MP5 and will not fit on a K type.

Thanks anyway

I found one today and ordered it but it is not clipped and pinned. Does anyone have a how to on this or any lessons learned from doing your self?

Thanks

you might want to look at the sticky thread at the top of the HK section:

I did look at it. It does not give any helpful hints on doing the work. I'm looking for any input from someone that may have done one. The one on my S&H Arms MP5 looks like it was done on a machine but the one on my new CA89K looks like it was done by hand. I think I can do it myself but I'm wondering if there are any critical points in the process that I may not know about?

Thanks to anyone who can help,

Ken

I got the grip I ordered from Rim Country for 25.00. It looked very good when I got it. It took me a few hors to clip it. It fits my CA89k good.

Froom the front it doesn't look great, but when it's on the weapon you can't tell the difference.

Selector came with the grip too?

No. It's the selector from the SEF grip on my MP5. I just swap the pack and selector to the new K grip.
