It came w a 5 round factory mag. I ordered an aftermarket 10 rounder - doesn't work am trying to locate factory mags and or mounting brackets. Saw a factory mounting bracket on ebay for $499????

Congrats on the HK 300. The 300 is my next HK rifle to buy.
If you are looking for mags check Numrich...however, it will be hard to locate the orginal HK 15 round mags today with out paying a lot of money. The HK 05 scope mount will cost you a lot these days, $200 to $500....most sell for $250 to 300. The 05 mount is a wonderful mount and works on almost all of the HK sporting rifles. |

I was actually thinking about the B-Square Sporting Rifle Mount. it sits lower and (I hate to say it, but) I'm not partial to the HK claw mount. I prefer the MFI on my 91 or even the arms mount. Thanks for the tip on numrich, I hadn't thought of them. I hope their magazin is not the same as the one on ebay... Which drops without warning... |
