i dont care fer the steel ones,,  the ones i have all double feed on the last 2-3 rounds,,,alum mags work no problems asked...

Steel rifle, steel mags. The aluminums are not bad, but not as tough as the steels from what I've seen and all my steel mags run very well, not a hiccup. Get both, it's always good to have spares.

Plastic, we don't need no stinking plastic mags!!!!!!!

Steel.  Its stronger.  The aluminum ones feel like I can crush them in my hand.  I do have and use both though without any problems.

I've never had a problem with Thermolds, so I guess i'll say plastic.
