Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Can you switch trigger packs in FBI/Steel/SUO grip frames?

Can you use a trigger pack from one type frame to the other is what I'm asking. Like can you use a steel grip's trigger unit in a FBI-style grip ( with the correct selector )?

You CAN swap trigger between steel and plastic grip housings IF the grip housings are the same type.   In other words, a trigger pack out of a SEF metal housing will fit into a Plastic SEF housing (need the longer selector lever, though), but that same trigger pack will NOT work in an ambidextreous housing.  The axis on the selector is a larger hole on ambi packs.
