He made something like that for me, from M15x1 to HK 3 lug, it's slightly longer than I expected but it's beautifully made, not expensive and no long wait.
Personally I'd stick with the HK91/93 flash hiders, the MP5 (assuming that's what you got) is kind of heavy.
