Can you install a heavy buffer in a JLD PTR 91 with the colapsable stock? Looks like there is not enough room. Thanks!

No, not even close, they're two very different animals.

Osprey beat me to it .

The heavy buffer itself is probably 6 inches longer than the entire buffer
housing area on any of the collapsable or folding stocks.
Modification is not even possible without making it an entirely
unrecognizable stock and loosing the collapsing/folding ability.

This is the main advantage of the full size standard stock.
