Looking for some info from SP89 or MP5K owners..

Where are the cocking handle retaining pin clearance holes in the cocking tube?  I have been looking at pics and can't seem to find them.  I am guessing they are in/under the handguard hanger?

What is the length of the ribbed section of the cocking tube?  Just the ribbed portion, I have the lengths on the hold open slot and the tapered section.

the pin hole is right on top, bout 1/2 " back from the cockin handle(if forward), its in the ribed section, which is prolly 1.5" long, if ya want me to find a tape measure let me know. ....but even so.......for gods sake don't build anything off my measurements ;)

ok, reviewing pics after reading your post, I can see where the hole is.

I think I have figured out the ribbed section.  I may be off by a few .001's but I think it will be hard to tell by eye.
