I want a unique .223 that can use my Gemtech HALO and like the look of the HK93's.  The only info I have found on it was a HKPRO, but I am looking for real-world reviews of the gun (and its clones).  They don't seem to be very popular, while the HK91's (and clones) are.  Are they problematic?  Issues?  Musings?

I love mine (Vector 93).  Its balances very well and I can keep double taps on a 12" steel plate pretty consistantly.  I had some feeding issues with WWB, but I stopped using that and it runs like a top.

You hear more about the G3 because there are so many more of them.
The Hk93/33 is an awesome platform.

I have a HK53 that I absolutely love.

I am not certain that the Halo will fit onto the barrel of the HK93.  The Halo needs a ridge on the barrel to engage on.  The Halo was designed for the M4.

You want to contact Gemtech and ask them.

I know POF and that Greek company make the G3, but do any companies still build the military rifle HK33?

To my knowledge, it was NOT designed for any specific weapon, but for all FS that meet the NATO spec.

Not by H&K.
the 33/53/ are discontinued in favor of the G36, An I don't like it as much as the 33/53/93

Fewer 93s were imported, making them more rare and more expensive than the 91.

A friend from work has one(hk93), his doesn't like WWB or american eagle but is unstopable with M193, M855 and Q3131a. Shoots great with hot handloads too. I've been trying to talk him out of it for three years, I've probably put more rounds through it then he has. I had him talked into selling to me for $700.00 last fall but I thought I'd check online to see what they were going for and told him it was much more, he decided to keep it for an investment, I should have lied
