I'm submitting a NFA Form 1 for a SBR.  What is the overall barrel length and overall length (A3 stock extended) that I put on Form 1 for a HK94 with barrel cut to MP5 length -- can't access this on internet and it's different that a regular MP5! Thanks.

I don't know if I understand where you are coming from Bill...Don't you have the gun with you to measure? The stock HK94's barrel length is 16.54"  compared to the MP5's 8.85". That's a difference of 7.69".

Subtract 7.69" from your overall length (I don't know what that is with the A3 stock) and you'll get your final overall length. IF the length is the same as the A2 stock, the overall length of your HK94 SHOULD be 34.59" which would give you the final length after the chop at 26.9".

I THINK that's the info you're looking for. Remember, my totals are based on an A2 stock, not an A3 so you need to get YOUR overall length to get the #'s right.

Thanks Guys, I was at work and needed the info right then.  I had a Form 1 approved, but had the barrel length at 6" which didn't factor in with the overall length.  
Even though it was approved like that, being the good citizen I am, I called then and told them.  The 'approver' said just FAX the figures to them and they will provide a letter explaining the differences, and after about 3 1/2 months I was itching to get the info.
