I wish HK had classified the P90/PS90 as a pistol...then we could have the weapon in the original barrel length configuration without having it registered as a SBR.  Sigh...

HK doesn't make the p90. How would they have any say in it's classification? 2nd, It is a shoulder fired weapon so it can never be classified as a pistol. OH and FIY it's made by FN Herstal.
