I have a question for the experts here.

I recently picked up some MP5 parts. One part is a MP5K bolt carrier. Guy said it was HK, but there are no markings.

The unusual thing is that the carrier is a single piece and appears to be a casting rather than several machined pieces welded together.

My guess is that this is neither HK nor POF, but a Special Weapons early made bolt carrier.

Anyone ever seen anything like this?

I have never seen a Special Weapons carriers myself, but from what I hear, they are very cheap looking cast componants, unlike the machined and welded German carriers.

Sounds like yours may be SW.
