I am sure this has come up, but gonna pop it out there again.  Always wanted an MP5, but can't afford one.  What are the thoughts on the USC.  Mainly interested as it is a real H&K.  I had rotten luck with a G3 clone, so would like the real thing if possible.

Although with a little effort, I could get 2 Barretta CX4's for the price of the USC.  May just go that route and get one for me and my son.

I enjoy shooting mine, I only wish someone would make hi cap mags for it . The USC is simple to take apart , don't have anything bad to say about it . As for the cost of it , well I can only see them going up .I got lucky a paid around 995 used for mine. Was it worth it , I think so . Would I lay out 900 or so for another one , hell yeah.

 I haven't handle the Beretta CX4 , it's got some good write ups as of late. If I come across one  and like how it feels I would most likely buy it . Price is most defenitly one of the high points of the CX4 ,that and the fact you can get it in 45 acp like the USC.
