Just got one of these lowers.

Anyone konw where they are from and what the original languages translate into from safe, fire, auto?  

I'm assuming that these are pakistani but please set me straight.

The "UJR" trigger groups were for a contract from Yugoslavia or one of the post-Yugo states.

Pakistan marks their trigger groups "SEF" as below:
