@EMSflyer

Did you have an opportunity to evaluate the scope?  I am looking for a scope for my FAL and don't want to break the bank.  Thanks.

No I didn't.

Still have the scope but sold the FAL to raise $$ for a new CZ Sp01 and
to pay for more goodies for my AR10.

I miss the FAL but I really really like my new CZ .

I mounted the scope on the FAL as you can see from the pic, but never fired the rifle with the scope on it.

I could be talked into selling the scope.....

Hell ya guys, I like seeing all the pictures. I’m thinking of the DS Arms SA58 FAL Fully Adjustable PARA B.R.S Battle Rifle Stock for my FAL. Anyone have it? What you think?

Also found my 'LEO only' EOtech I won at a match ages ago and was like "What should I put this on...?"

Sayyyyyy...how about on the Full-auto SA48?

Can't wait to play with that with both eyes open!

How good are FAL’s about keeping zero with their rails being on the dust cover? I’ve only used irons on FAL’s. I don’t have one but I’ve been thinking about getting one of the DSA ones with mlok and the scar type stock.

The DSA mount is solid after you ditch the short screws it comes with and upgrade.

A recently acquired DSA Voyager sporting a Vortex Crossfire II 4-12x44 scope.  This is how the previous owner had it set up but I see changes coming.

I don't remember exactly, I just measured the stock ones and then got some that were longer and then ground the ends to get maximum engagement through the plates with no extra protrusion.

Replace the DSA slotted screws with 8-32 x 1/4 button head hex screws.  DSA sells them or your local hardware store should have them as well.

@EMSflyer I['ve had it since the 90's and was lucky enough to find a guy in Germany selling off police surplus optics around 2004-2005
and had a bunch of PSG, MSG and SG1 scopes, and (sadly I had to sell most of them) of all of them, the PSG was the perfect fit for the FAL,
in terms of eye relief
had my machinist make a notch in the mount and there you have it :)

Just a quick pic of an old Weaver 4x mounted on the
Aussie L1A1 using a slightly modified Belgian mount.

Have not been to the range yet but so far so good.
