I want a chrome lined IMBEL barrel for a carbine build and may need to sell my barrel or whole front end to pay for it. It is an original (with proof) marks Belgian FNFAL barrel with bipod cut and chrome chamber. I had a reputable FAL gunsmith examine it and it guaged 1 on the throat eriosion gauge meaning it has seen little use. There is no muzzle wear but slight frosting towards the muzzle end. The chamber is chrome lined., bore is not.
What price do you think I should offer it for, and do you think I should sell it just the barrel or as a front end with non-bipod cut handguards, gas tube, and combo device? I am on a tight budget so I want to get what I can for it. Thanks.
