I have a Springield Armory SAR-48 (it WAS a pre-ban) anyway, I installed a folding stock on t and now would like to either get the barrel cut down to a "proper" para length or buy a para barrel and have it installed. Does anyone recommend someone too do this work  and possibly refinish the whole weapon?

Thanks,
Ranger Prib

These guys have done some very nice work for me and several others on this board. Mark is most definitely not one to carry on with long-winded correspondence, so if you are they type who likes to check every couple of weeks to see what is happening with your gun, you won't be getting lots of quick responses, etc. ...but...if you want excellent work at a fair price I can recommend them.

I had mine done by www.globelmilitarysurplus.com.  He's in MI and is fast and very fair on price.  Tell him I sent you.
