I've had good luck with SG, but I do remember hearing from some of the folks at FALFiles that there might be something fishy here.  Can't remember if it was linked or what the deal was.

Edit, FALFiles updated the information, appears it is indeed Hert, though it may be current production for the civilian market and not military surplus based upon the sealant and headstampings.
